Guests can access the house by keyless entry with the code provided day of check in. Guests are welcome to use anything in the house that is not behind a locked door.
This is a self check-in and check-out house, owners are available by phone or FaceTime as necessary. A check out list is provided to ease checkout and up keep of the house.
Nearby is Quail Lake with fishing, a park and an awesome running/walking trail.
Walmart, Target, groceries, Cinemark, natural foods groceries, restaurants, and Fort Carson are less than a 5 minute drive.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountain State Park with hundreds of miles of trails for walking or biking, Garden of The Gods, the Broadmoor, downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City are less than a 15 minute drive.
